Case Efficiency in BSA’s Spain Program

Last week, courts in Zaragoza, Málaga, and Gijón, Spain granted civil inspections for three cases filed by BSA on behalf of our members within a matter of days. These approvals, two of which were submitted during the holiday season, highlight that the courts in Spain are open and operating with high efficiency despite COVID’s ongoing impacts. This pace enables BSA’s Compliance Solutions team to resolve enforcement matters and drive results for members as quickly as possible.
