Indictment in Japan

Thanks to BSA’s support, the Osaka District Public Prosecutor’s Office issued indictments in connection with the online sale of illegal software. The Osaka Prefectural Police and Yodogawa Police Department arrested the suspect for circumventing technical protections and selling approximately 550 copies of cracked Autodesk software worth an estimated ¥750,000,000 (USD $7.2M).
