Empresa de jogos estabelece acordo com mais de US$ 5 milhões na China
A large-scale, publicly listed company in the online gaming industry copied, installed, and commercially used the software of two BSA members in violation of copyright law in the Republic of China. Following a court-ordered multi-party mediation, the infringer purchased over $5 million worth of software from the affected BSA members and agreed to establish long-term partnerships with them.
