A large-scale, publicly listed company in the online gaming industry copied, installed, and commercially used the software of two BSA members in violation of copyright law in the Republic of China. With BSA’s legal support, the court-directed preservation of evidence at two separate locations revealed extensive infringing installations.  Following a court-ordered multi-party mediation, the infringer purchased over $5 million worth of software from the affected BSA members and agreed to establish long-term partnerships with them.
