BSA Drives Significant Revenue to Members in China in July and August 2020

BSA successfully closed 2 cases in China involving unlicensed engineering software from two BSA member companies. One of these, involving a construction company, was the first foreign-related software infringement case tried by the Changsha IP Tribunal since its establishment in 2018. Together, these 2 cases drove over $1.4M in legalizations to the members involved and drove over USD 600k in legalization revenue to the members involved.
