BSA Recovers Over $150,000 for 3 Members in a Single Case

In February 2019, BSA recovered $160,650 in software license revenue from an engineering company in Brazil. BSA learned from a confidential informant that the company was using unlicensed software of three BSA members and initiated action in July 2018. Following a civil inspection confirming extensive illegal installations of BSA members’ software, the case settled in February 2019.
