End-User Compliance Campaign in Spain
In 2017 and 2018, BSA conducted a two-year campaign focused on increasing end-user compliance and driving member sales throughout Spain. In addition to circulating letters and conducting direct outreach, the campaign leveraged an online SAM informational portal. The portal included guidance on enhancing cybersecurity and decreasing legal risk through proper software installation and use. Ultimately, BSA contacted and engaged with approximately 25,000 small-to-medium business enterprises (SMEs) throughout the country leading to software asset management awareness, internal audits and revenue for our members.
