BSA Participation in DOJ/ICHIP Briefing

On June 11, 2021, BSA participated in an industry call to brief two new DOJ International Computer Hacking and Intellectual Property (ICHIP) Attorney Advisers who will be focused on IP Crime in their assigned regions – Eastern, Central, and Southern Europe and East Asia and the Pacific. Attendees included representatives from the DOJ CCIP and OPDAT offices, as well as other industry stakeholders. These briefings, to which BSA is frequently invited, are excellent opportunities for BSA and its members to forge productive relationships with U.S. Government officials focused on IP enforcement around the world.
