Removal of Hardware Listings on Taobao

In March 2020, BSA’s Global Internet Enforcement Team successfully started removing infringing hardware listings from Taobao – a USTR-designated “Notorious Market”, where hardware is advertised for sale with unlicensed BSA members’ software installed. This new development will bring significant benefits to publishers whose software products are being sold as a bundle with counterfeit hardware.
