BSA Initiative in Thailand

On February 4, 2020 BSA convened Thailand’s Department of Intellectual Property (DIP) and the Economic Crimes Suppression Division (ECD) to hold a joint press conference in Bangkok to announce their cooperation in promoting the legal use of software in Thailand. The focus of this partnership will be on driving the use of licensed software through ECD enforcement actions and BSA-driven public education campaigns on the legal and business risks of using unlicensed software.
