BSA Meeting with IP Tribunal in China

On April 21, Tarun Sawney, Senior Director, APAC and Allen Yang, Senior Counsel, met with the Chief Judge and other judges of the Chongqing IP Tribunal. BSA acknowledged the important work of the Tribunal in enforcing our members’ copyrights. BSA’s enforcement program in China helps members resolve the most complex infringement matters, litigating regularly before IP courts and tribunals like this one all over the country.
